I began my carer in real estate in 1999 as an Illinois Loan Originator and still maintain my licensee. I moved into Baning finance as a senior residential and commercial loan banker at Pan American bank in Chicago Illinois. It is here that I piqued interest in real estate investing of SFR and CRE property types. This lead to creating property and working with investors in my local and nationwide area. I prefer the California Investment Market more than Chicago, Illinois. But a seal is a deal be it local or nationwide! It's still a fun and productive realm for my talents!
