The “Deal Quadrants” are based on the REI Road Map and break down the types of real estate investing deals into four main quadrant categories. Those four quadrants are “Wholesaling” properties which is the buy-low-sell-low technique, “Flipping” houses retail which involves fixing a house up and reselling it retail, “Seller Financing” deals where the deal is based on getting seller financing or a lease option, and there is the “Rentals” quadrant which is of course investing in income rental property.
